2022/2023 Season Kicks Off
Senior Competitions Streamed Online
Following the start of the junior leagues last weekend, the Malta Volleyball Association 2022/2023 senior competitive season opens at the Cottonera Sports Complex on Sunday with the Women’s Super Cup, pitting last year’s Superleague champions Falcons against 2021/2022 National Cup winners Swieqi Phoenix NIUM at 14:00. Following this, the Women 1st Division League will start with BKVC Yellows taking on Swieqi Phoenix EY at 16:00.
For the first time, the MVA shall stream a selection of senior competitive matches on a newly set up streaming microsite. Following a short test period, it is the Association’s intention to stream all senior matches this season and extend the system to include junior competitions from season 2023/2024. Additionally, microsites have been setup for all competitions to give due focus to each category.
Links to the streaming and competition microsites can be found on the website menu in the ‘Competitions’ section.
